Every exercise and movement has a purpose and a goal. Learn not only sets/reps/rest, but understand the why behind what you are doing. Every program comes with exercise demonstrations and coaching notes.

You will track your progress each day and schedule a mandatory check in with your trainer on a bi-weekly basis. More frequent check-ins may be needed.

You’ll have direct access to your trainer anytime you need support, questions answered, or quick feedback. Real guidance, whenever you need it.

Commit to your goals and save. Longer-term training packages offer discounted rates to support sustained progress and long-term results.

You can add on a Nutrition Coaching package at a discounted rate! Combine the two of the most important factors in health: Nutrition and Fitness.

We offer personal training tailored to your goals—whether that’s fat loss, muscle building, performance, body composition, sports, or overall health. This includes exercise prescription, form coaching, intensity and RPE, and ongoing support to keep you consistent and progressing. We offer 1 month, 3 month, and 12 month packages.

Yes—every program is tailored to your goals, experience level, and any limitations, so you’re following a plan that actually fits your body and delivers results.

No—you don’t need to be in shape to start. The program is built around your current level and progresses with you as you improve.

Communication can and should happen every day through the app. We do official scheduled check-ins once a week via a phone call or video call.

No—results aren’t guaranteed since they depend on your consistency and effort, but you’ll have a structured plan and support designed to help you get the best possible outcome.

Our prices are well below the average cost of other personal training services. Pricing reflects the level of personalization, coaching, and support you receive- we offer options to fit different budgets while still delivering high-quality results.

Short answer is no and that is why we do a free consultation in the beginning to establish credibility and program intention. You are welcome to stop service at any time, but all services and coaching are paid up front. Once our service or coaching begins there are no refunds.

Elyxr has Nutrition Coaching and Personal Training as separate services, but you can do both at once! Many of our clients need assistance in personal training and nutrition.
