Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days after your order has been shipped.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist before the order is shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Our products are shipped safely and securely, using bubble wrap and paper filling, to ensure a damage-free shipping process. Unfortunately, damages can still occur. If you receive a damaged product, notify us immediately via email:
RETURN POLICY
Products may be returned within 10 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must have been delivered within the last 10 days.
The product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Opened products are not eligible for a return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs vary by location. A return shipping label will be provided by Elyxr.
