Everyday Hydration

Everyday Hydration is a hydration supplement that is designed specifically for your daily water intake. Many hydration products on the market aren’t designed specifically for daily use- in fact, the consumer rarely even knows what it’s for, when to take it, how to take it, or why they are taking it.

Anyone can benefit from taking Everyday Hydration. Water alone is not the most optimal way to be hydrated. We designed Everyday Hydration to be a “during the day” hydration supplement that isn’t over-doing it on dosing. Think of Everyday Hydration as a turbo charger added the engine (water).

Everyday Hydration has FOUR main wins compared to other electrolyte supplements. First is the use of Baja Gold® Sea Salt, which has the highest concentration of minerals compared to any other salt form. Second, is having potassium higher than sodium. Third, is using Acerola Cherry Extract as our Vitamin C source. Lastly, we use all natural sweeteners, featuring OnoSweet® Allulose.

The RDA for sodium is around 2,300mg per day. Most people get PLENTY of sodium through food and frankly, it isn’t hard to. Our focus in Everyday Hydration is NOT sodium. Hence the name, this is a “during the day” hydration supplement- NOT designed for excessive sweating, sports, or intense training. We designed this to be what your body needs with your daily water intake.

All Elyxr supplements are designed to be used for 4 weeks, and 4 weeks is 28 days. Everyday Hydration was formulated to be taken 1-2 times per day. That makes this either a 4 or 8 week supply.

There is not a more trendy word in the supplement industry than “clean.” And most people don’t have a definition for it. All of our supplement ingredients are approved for use and GRAS certified. We keep our excipient list to a minimum, but some have to be added. We add no dyes, or artificial sweeteners or flavors. If the word “chemical” comes to mind, just remember- EVERYTHING is a chemical.
